Dylan Forbes
is widely travelled and combines a high level of interpersonal and presentation
skills with strong analytical ability and a range of technical skills.
Assisting on Leaderskill courses after finishing high school, he went
on to graduate in psychology, becoming consultant and director with the
company. His professional skills cover the areas of:
- Start-up Mega Planning:
co-developer of Leaderskill Group’s program aimed at fast-tracking business into sustainable practice that will ensure the wellbeing of future generations.
He co-presented a paper on Planning the Future with Shared Values at the 2003 Conference of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI Sydney) and is co-author of Start-up Mega Planning, published in ISPI's Performance Improvement Quarterly, 2005

Dylan extended Leaderskill's methods of facilitation based on the practices of Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry (AI)
