Dave Burton, of Potential Development, New Zealand, and of Leaderskill Group, directs and assists in the development of surveys to meet special client requirements such as Sports and Recreation, NZ; Fletcher Construction, and many other NZ and Australian organisations. Gary Cox, Director of New Directions, has taken a lead in developing mapping of the Capability and Leadership Framework (CLF) of the Queensland Public Service to the Leader/Manager Model™. John Loty, of John Loty & Associates, has been our constant guide and support in the area of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). He has also been co-developer of the powerful AtMyBest™ survey for professional and personal development. Vanessa Hall of Entente Consulting and The Entente Foundation. Vanessa is Australian and international guru of trust, working in both private and public spheres to improve levels of trust in all walks of life. Vanessa has long and senior experience in Risk management. Leaderskill Group assisted with the development of the Building Trust questionnaire that we host for Entente. Trish Vilkinas, Professor of Management, and Greg Cartan, at the International Centre for Management and Organisational Effectiveness (ICMOE), University of South Australia, host their Academic Leadership 360 degree survey online with us. This was the first program to use 360 feedback to thoroughly assess academic leadership performance in universities throughout Australia. We also hosted their survey of Business needs in regional Australia. Peter Kaye, GM of Consultgroup, a consultancy specialising in areas of Corporate Governance, Boards of Directors and Due Diligence in the Not For Profit area. Peter holds many senior positions in the community such as: National Director & Treasurer, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in Australia Alexander Bailey of Consultgroup. His experience includes Strategic Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental management systems, Systems and Compliance Auditing, and Social & Ethical Auditing. Alexander is co-author with Peter Kaye of the Consultgroup surveys of Corporate Governance, Boards of Directors and Due Diligence in the NFP sector. Maris Azzi of Consultgroup, specialist in Customer Service in Retail and ‘customer facing’ organizations, with a background in Banking and Finance. Sharron Spratt of The Institute of Training and Fast Track People has contributed to many of the surveys, projects, and delivery of programs we have embarked on over twenty years. Adjunct Professor Patricia Cameron and Dr Warrington Cameron, of Cameron and Associates have suggested and contributed to the design of surveys adapted to the Australian Public Service. Nerrida Barton, Acting Director of a Health Service Area, has worked with Leaderskill Group to map capabilities to the Leader/Manager Model™ and co-authored an article on the program and its outcome. Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) Australian School of Business of University of New South Wales. Over thirteen years, Course Leaders have advised regarding the development of the Leader/Manager Model™ and we have assisted them with development of Change Skills and Change Agent surveys. Dr Julie Stockton, Human Resources Manager at University of British Colombia, Canada, with whom we have collaborated over ten years in the development and provision of a range of surveys extending across Canada. Liz Reyer, President, Reyer Coaching & Consulting, Minnesota, USA, has worked with us to develop a questionnaire to provide feedback to corporate coaches on their effectiveness – the Coach Survey. Professor Emeritus Roger Kaufman, creator of Mega Planning has been our coach and mentor in this area and from whose work we have developed our Start-up Mega Planning – a program aimed at assisting organisations of all sizes to measure and substantiate their contribution to sustainability and the World for Tomorrow’s Child. Peter R. Farey, originator of Upward Feedback® in 1974 and creator of the Leader/Manager Survey™ and its unique scale, has made himself available to us for ongoing support over twenty years. |
