Who we are
- Leaderskill® Group pioneered the application of Accelerated Learning techniques in every area of learning and training. - helped establish Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Australia in 1979. - used Positive Psychology in all its work, and created an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approach to 360 degree feedback facilitation. - hosted organisational surveys in areas from Corporate Governance to Building Trust to Sports and Recreation - extended activities to Sustainability and Mega Planning. We have published articles on the effectiveness of these methods. Our overriding aim has been to promote engagement by maximising the contributions people and organisations make to one another through the use of Facilitative Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills. We measure change with organisational and 360 degree feedback surveys. We have also combined these with Consultative Career and Talent Management. This basic aim led us in 1995 to introduce Peter R. Farey's 360 degree feedback survey (Upward Feedback® - now 360 Facilitated®) and be possibly the first to offer direct processing on a public Internet website in early 1999. Today, the Leaderskill® Group brings together Australian and international experts in the integrated support of our clients in their process of transformation and growth. We are active in both public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia, USA and UK. 360 Facilitated® ProgramThis core 360 degree feedback program is presented by Leaderskill® Group, Potential Development Ltd, and our accredited consultants. The 360 Leader/Manager Profile™ has been used by the AGSM (Australian Graduate School of Management - University of New South Wales) since 1999. Custom Surveys and 360sThe broad capability of our survey engine caters for a very wide range of custom surveys, including Climate, Call Centre, Corporate Governance, Sports and Recreation, and Assessment surveys.
