To get a realistic idea of what your organisation will require to benefit from any kind of 360 degree feedback, we invite you to rate yourself on the questions below. Your response will be scored by computer based on our experience over many years, and remain confidential to you unless you specifically authorise us to examine the details and send you our report - without charge.
