How we support Consultants

Our aim is to help our Accredited Consultants achieve full success with any of our 360 degree feedback programs that they undertake. We do this by:

  • Providing adequate training either in workshops or through distance learning
  • Being accessible, available for advice, following up and providing all updates.
  • Doing our best to meet special needs that sometimes arise locally or with specific Participant groups.


Partnering

Our approach is always to partner with consultants and with our own client organisations in order to help them plan and obtain the highest level of results/ROI. This sometimes involves supporting consultants with proposals and tenders, or simply reviewing with them options, opportunities and costing - even franchising. It always means working in partnership. If you would like to discuss any issue with us at any time, please contact us and we will be very glad to assist.


Levels of Accreditation

Skilled facilitation is a pre-requisite for success, experienced consultants (internal or external) are necessary. We provide:

Accreditation Level 1 familiarises you with our 360 degree feedback profiles, their use and interpretation. Equips you to launch a program of development or coaching, and to debrief the Participants (managers or others).

Accreditation Level 2 gives you the additional skills to use our unique AI-based leader and team facilitation method and joint action planning.

Support: if you wish to become accredited, we will supply you with detailed guidance material with PowerPoint display sets and all program delivery materials, and we will be available to support you.


Fees

Our fees are moderate, please contact us for details. We make fee reductions to organizations such as education, local government and community. We also take account of volume, regional factors and exchange rate fluctuations.

Explore options for Accreditation

Leaderskill Group wants your 360 Facilitated® program to be completely successful. If you are aiming for Level 2 Accreditation, we encourage you to work with an experienced consultant who may also be authorised to Accredit you. However, if you wish, you can elect Distance Accreditation.

We offer you these options, please select your preference:

  1. We provide a consultant who can visit you and work with you
  2. You visit an authorised accrediting consultant or workshop to become accredited
  3. Distance Learning.

Whichever your preference, be sure to check our free Assessment Tool. The scores are confidential to you - unless you send them to us for review (without obligation). This will help you estimate the requirements of your group or organization to undertake any program of 360 degree feedback.
