Assess Your Readiness for Any 360 survey


To get a realistic idea of what your organisation will require if it is to benefit from any kind of 360 degree feedback process, we invite you to rate yourself on the questions that follow.

Your response will be scored by computer, based on our experience over many years. It will remain confidential to you unless you specifically authorise us to examine the scores and send you a brief report (at no charge). Two scenarios are considered - the one-manager pilot, and the group or organisation.

The managers have good people skills

Results will be treated as confidential to each manager

Anonymity of respondents will be preserved

This is not a way to appraise managers (except in regard to monitoring of action plans)

Problem managers are not being singled out for assessment

The Facilitator(s) is/will be adequately skilled

The Facilitator(s) has credibility with managers at the level at which s/he will facilitate
